Nancy Shelstad, a full professor based out of the Caldwell Research and Extension Center, Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station under the University of Idaho has worked in numerous roles for 4-H in Idaho. She has served as the Area Extension Educator — 4-H Youth Development in the Caldwell Research and Extension Center; and now is the acting Interim State 4-H Director.
